Responsibilities:
- Observe classes and provide constructive feedback to teachers
- Support effective curriculum planning and instructional strategies
- Motivate and mentor teachers for professional growth
- Coordinate examination preparation and analysis of results
- Contribute to whole school improvement initiatives
Liaise with parents on matters related to the faculty
Requirements to APPLY
- Master’s degree in Education
- 5+ years teaching experience plus 2+ years in a leadership role
- Deep knowledge of UK curriculum standards
- Experience coaching and developing teachers
- Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills
