Early Years Educator – Abu Dhabi
My client is seeking a passionate and qualified Early Years Educator to join our vibrant team in Abu Dhabi! We are a nurturing and dedicated nursery committed to providing a stimulating and secure environment for young learners to flourish.
Responsibilties:
Create and implement engaging lesson plans based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Foster a love of learning through play-based activities, exploration, and discovery.
Develop strong relationships with children, celebrating their individual needs and milestones.
Collaborate effectively with other educators and parents to ensure a holistic learning experience.
Maintain a safe and stimulating classroom environment.
Requirements:
Cache L3 qualification or above OR Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience working as a Nursery Teacher or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues.
Experience teaching in a nursery in the UAE is preferred.
