Position Details:
Title: Business Analyst
Duration: 6 months (potential for extension)
Start Date: August 1st, 2024
Department: Corporate Transformation PMO
Requirements:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for requirements management, facilitation and documentation for one of our Claims related Transformation sub-projects. The Business Analyst provides requirements elicitation, documentation, coordination with the Project Manager and Business Relationship manager, assistance with test planning and inputs to test strategy related to the product being implemented.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Meeting facilitation
- Requirements elicitation
- Requirements elaboration
- Documentation and validation of content
- Contribution to test planning and test strategy development
Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Significant prior experience in the role of a business analyst (8 to 10 years)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- End-to-end requirements management skills
- Certified Business Analyst Professional or other similar certification is ideal
